NO PROBLEM!
Back in 1997 we had a call to go to Reading, MA. I picked up the package and headed out for an easy 45 minute ride. The customer called halfway there, "...could you go to Agawam, MA, instead?" Two hours and 45 minutes away - no problem. On the way home, the customer called again "..could you go back to Agawam, pick that stuff up again, and get it to New York?" No problem. I picked up the stuff and headed South. The customer called again in a panic, "...this guys flight leaves from NYC in one hour - what are the chances of catching him?" No problem. I wheeled into nearby Bradley Field Airport in Windsor Locks, CT, parked on the front lawn (literally), kissed the truck and said "see you at impound" and caught a commuter flight to JFK by seconds.

When I arrived at the gate, the customer had sent a fax that read "at JFK you will be meeting a man named John. He will be wearing a blue shirt, tan pants and is carrying bags. By the way, you have ten minutes to find him, his plane leaves at 3." Armed with this information and a cell phone I headed quickly into the terminal at JFK, where I saw a man in a chair with his head in his hands and a stressed furrow on his brow. The line onto his plane was marching ahead. I said "Are you John?" "Yes..."

Mission Accomplished! My cell phone rang once again - it was the frantic customer who said (not anticipating my successful delivery) "...do you have your passport with you?"
